Recognizes her service as a past-member of the Nineteenth Century Charitable Association, Senior Citizens Center of Oak Park-River Forest, and River Forest Community Center.

Notes her volunteer work with the Economy Shop, Community Chest of Oak Park-River Forest, and Oak Park Health Department.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to her family (children Richard, Gail, and Thomas, and grandchildren Erin L. Woods and Amy Kennedy Romero) as condolences.
