Mildred E. "Mikki" Reinhold of Oak Park died on May 18, 2014, at age 99, having been born July 12, 1914 in Brookfield.

Reinhold worked as an executive secretary in Chicago and served as church secretary for 17 years at Congress Park Community Methodist Church in Brookfield.

She was crowned queen of the Oak Park Arms annual Senior Prom in 2004 and enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, Canada, and Iceland.

Reinhold was preceded in death by her husband Leonard, her parents, and her siblings Bud Phelps and Doris Beintema.

The Illinois Senate expresses condolences to her surviving family members, including niece Gayle Brinkman, nephew John Beintema, and numerous grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and great-grandnieces and nephews.
