Mary Lorraine Boehmer of Woodstock passed away on September 30, 2014, and was born August 1, 1928 in Mobile, Alabama to Joseph Ross and Claudine Ollis.

Married Arthur William Boehmer in February 1953 and traveled extensively throughout her life, taking 38 cruises with Paris as her favorite destination.

Actively participated in community organizations including Travelers Aid Chicago at O'Hare International Airport, The Bull Valley Garden Club, Woodstock Fine Arts Association, and the Investment Club.

Survived by her husband of 62 years Arthur, three children (William Ross, Tracy, and Stephanie), and five grandchildren (Erik, Michael, Kelly, Lindsay, and Rob).

The Illinois Senate expresses condolences to Mary Boehmer's family and friends, with a suitable copy of the resolution to be presented to her family.
