LeRoy Clark Dittmer of Vernon Hills passed away on September 7, 2014, prompting the Illinois Senate to issue this memorial resolution.

Born November 18, 1965 in Waukegan, Dittmer graduated from Waukegan West High School in 1983 and attended College of Lake County.

Active member of St. Patrick Church in Lake Forest where he participated in the choir and was devoted to his faith, family, and music.

Survived by his mother Janice, and siblings Kim Dyson, Karen Graziano, and Carolyn Roselli, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

The Illinois Senate resolved to mourn his passing and present a copy of the resolution to his family as an expression of sympathy.
