Mary Ann Kaucic passed away on July 25, 2014; she was born on March 18, 1932 to Paul and Anna Rygiel.

Graduated from Holy Rosary Grade School in 1946 and Holy Child High School in Waukegan in 1950; married Frank Kaucic on May 10, 1958.

Worked as a clerk at Great Lakes Naval Base and was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker; active as a Eucharistic Minister at Queen of Peace and member of the Sodality of Our Lady and Polish Roman Catholic Union of America.

Survived by husband Frank, daughters Barbara and Cheryl, five grandchildren, and brother John Rygiel.

The Illinois Senate expresses condolences to the family of Mary Ann Kaucic and directs a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to her family.
