Richard P. Krapf of Beach Park died on November 15, 2014; he was born April 24, 1933 in Waukegan.

Served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955 and worked 30 years at Johnson Motors, 9 years as a teacher's aide at Zion-Benton Township High School, and at Larsen Florist in Waukegan.

Active member of St. Dismas Church serving as a mass coordinator and participant in the Special Religious Development program.

Survived by 3 children, 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and his brother Leonard Krapf; preceded in death by his wife Dorothy and brother Ronnie Krapf.

Illinois Senate expresses mourning for his passing and directs presentation of a resolution copy to his family.
