John H. Kelly, Jr. of Woodstock passed away on November 11, 2014; he was born March 5, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to John H., Sr. and Joyce Kelly.

Worked as a plumbing inspector for McHenry County and the City of Marengo, and owned Kelly's Plumbing; was known as the "singing plumber."

Known for his humor and generosity; was a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan with a preference for pie-cut pizza.

Survived by his children Tara Melilli, Caitlynn Kelly, Colin Kelly, and Maggie Kelly; his mother; his partner Cindy Magee and her children; and siblings Joanne Kelly and Karen Woodson.

Illinois Senate expresses condolences to his family and friends and directs that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family.
