IL HB0294

Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act to require health care facilities to include additional information in their annual capital expenditure reports submitted to the Health Facilities and Services Review Board.

Requires reporting on whether the health care facility administered an affirmative action program for minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and small business enterprises.

Requires reporting of the percentage of annual capital expenditures actually spent on minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and small business enterprises, respectively.

Prohibits the Board from considering the affirmative action program and spending percentage information when reviewing applications for permits or exemptions under the Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
