Amends the Illinois Municipal Code Section 11-74.4-3.5 to establish tax increment allocation (TIF) financing completion date extensions for specific municipalities.

Creates a new subsection (119) allowing the Village of Caseyville an extension for its ordinance adopted on July 1, 1995, with completion and bond retirement dates extended to December 31 of the year of the 35th calendar year after the ordinance adoption.

Makes technical corrections to subsection (c) by changing lowercase "if" to uppercase "If" at the beginning of multiple numbered paragraphs and replacing semicolons with periods for consistency.

Clarifies that consolidating TIF completion date materials from prior sections into this section makes no substantive changes to law, except for specified extensions for Aurora, Milan, West Frankfort, Libertyville, and Hoffman Estates.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
