Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code to modify the 4-prescription limit exemptions for certain therapeutic drug classes.

Adds anti-depressant and anti-anxiety drugs to the list of drugs exempt from prior approval requirements due to the 4-prescription limit, effective July 1, 2015.

Maintains existing exemptions for immunosuppressant drugs, oncolytic drugs, anti-retroviral drugs, and antipsychotic drugs from the 4-prescription limit prior approval requirement.

Allows the Department to exempt children with complex medical needs enrolled in contracted care coordination entities from the 4-prescription limit if the entity has a comprehensive drug reconciliation program, effective July 1, 2014.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
