Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to create International Association of Fire Fighters (I.A.F.F.) special registration plates for active union-affiliated firefighters who reside in Illinois.

Plates may only be affixed to passenger vehicles of the first division or motor vehicles of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds.

Original issuance requires a $27 fee, with $12 deposited to the Fire Prevention Fund and $15 to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.

Renewal requires a $17 fee, with $15 deposited to the Fire Prevention Fund and $2 to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.

Plate design and color are at the discretion of the Secretary of State, and plates expire according to the multi-year procedure established in existing vehicle code provisions.
