Creates Professional Firefighter special registration plates in Illinois for active full-time firefighters who reside in the state.

Plates may only be affixed to passenger vehicles of the first division or motor vehicles of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 lbs.

Original issuance requires a $27 fee, with $12 deposited to the Fire Prevention Fund and $15 to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.

Renewal requires a $17 fee, with $15 deposited to the Fire Prevention Fund and $2 to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.

Plate design and color are at the discretion of the Secretary of State, and plates expire according to the multi-year registration procedure.
