Amends the Park Commissioners Land Sale Act to clarify the notice and hearing procedures for park boards seeking to sell land parcels not exceeding 3 acres.

Requires park commissioners to publish notice in a county newspaper at least 10 days before the scheduled hearing date on their application to sell property.

Allows interested persons to appear in person or by attorney at the Circuit Court hearing to object to the land sale application.

Maintains the requirement that the court must deem the sale to be in the public interest before approving the sale and directing the board to convey the property on court-specified terms and conditions.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
