Amends Section 11-1303 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding parking restrictions near driveways.

Changes the prohibited parking restriction from "in front of" a public or private driveway to "within 5 feet of" a public or private driveway.

Maintains the exception allowing momentary stopping to pick up or discharge passengers within the 5-foot zone.

Applies to both public and private driveways, making the restriction more specific with a defined distance measurement.
