IL HB1323

Removes the requirement that public bodies' websites must be maintained by full-time staff in order to post meeting notices and agendas under the Open Meetings Act.

Allows any public body with a website to post meeting agendas, notices, and minutes on that website regardless of who maintains it.

Clarifies that failure to post notice or agendas on a website does not invalidate any meeting or actions taken at a meeting.

Requires meeting agendas posted on websites to remain posted until the meeting concludes, and minutes to remain posted for at least 60 days after approval.
