IL HB1363

Amends the Park District Code to expand park districts' authority to develop and operate joint recreational programs with multiple partners, removing the previous limitation to "contiguous" park districts.

Adds forest preserve districts and conservation districts to the list of entities that park districts can partner with for joint recreational programs and agreements.

Authorizes park districts to enter into joint agreements for shared use of facilities and equipment and coordination of liability insurance with partner organizations.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
