Caps administrative fees at 1% of gross amounts collected in each municipality or fire protection district.

Applies to entities that maintain a website and are responsible for collecting and remitting foreign fire insurance taxes or license fees to municipal fire departments or fire protection districts.

Retains existing requirement that foreign fire insurance companies pay up to 2% of gross fire insurance receipts to support local fire departments.
