Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act to require sellers of residential property to have the sewer line inspected by a licensed plumber using video camera inspection technology.

Licensed plumber must prepare a written, dated report documenting the condition of the sewer line (from property to sewer main or septic tank) and the seller must attach this report to the disclosure form.

Seller must deliver the disclosure statement, including the sewer inspection report, to the prospective buyer before signing a written agreement to transfer the property.
