Requires individuals whose driver's license has been reinstated after an administrative order to use an ignition interlock device to have that restriction noted on their driver's license.

Mandates that persons required to install ignition interlock devices may only operate vehicles equipped with such devices, except for employer-owned vehicles used solely for employment purposes.

Expands ignition interlock device requirements to apply during the entire period a person is mandated to use the device, with limited exceptions for employment and other specific situations.

Effective date of July 1, 2015.
