Amends the School Safety Drill Act to require annual review reports include documentation of any renovations, additions, floor plan changes, or modifications to emergency and crisis response or evacuation plans at school buildings.

Requires school boards to report acknowledgment that any changes to floor plans, emergency response plans, or evacuation plans have been submitted to local fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and other emergency responders.

Mandates that within 30 days of completing renovations, additions, or plan changes that modify previously approved emergency response plans, school boards must contact local fire departments, law enforcement, and emergency responders to schedule a meeting to review affected procedures and protocols.

Applies requirements to both public school districts and private schools conducting required annual emergency preparedness reviews.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
