• Requires rental agreements to display a notice stating: "UNDER ILLINOIS LAW, YOU MAY NOT BE CHARGED FOR FAILING TO REFUEL THE MOTOR VEHICLE UNLESS THE VEHICLE'S FUEL TANK WAS FULL AT THE TIME OF RENTAL."
