Waives all sport fishing license fees for resident veterans of the United States Armed Forces that have been honorably discharged, requiring verification of service and honorable discharge at one of the Department's 5 regional offices.

Waives all hunting license fees to hunt all species for resident veterans of the United States Armed Forces that have been honorably discharged, with the same verification requirements as fishing licenses.

Removes the previous reduced fee provision for veterans and replaces it with complete fee waivers for both fishing and hunting licenses upon honorable discharge verification.

Maintains existing fee structures for other residents, including $14.50 for sport fishing (ages 16-64), $12 for hunting licenses, and reduced fees for seniors age 65 and older, with $1 licenses for those over 75 years of age.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
