• Requires MFSAB drivers to hold a valid school bus driver permit and comply with existing vehicle code requirements for equipment and safety standards.

• Maintains existing definition of "curriculum-related school activity" to include vocational center transportation, inter-school shuttle service, and trips directly related to student curriculum for credit.
