• Eliminates a provision that prevented the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning from imposing water quality regulations on DuPage County entities with valid National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permits.

• Maintains all stormwater management planning committee procedures, fee schedules, and tax authority provisions for Peoria County.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
