Extends temporary licenses for podiatric physicians from 1 year to 3 years, allowing applicants to practice during postgraduate training programs.

Temporary licenses remain valid for the duration of an approved postgraduate program, not to exceed 3 years, provided the applicant maintains enrollment and good standing.

Removes the ability to renew temporary licenses once; applicants no longer have the option to request one-year extensions under Department rules.

Maintains requirements for applicants to submit written applications, pay required fees, and complete examination fees under Section 8 of the Podiatric Medical Practice Act.

Retains existing provisions for visiting professor permits, which remain valid for one year from issuance or until faculty appointment termination (whichever is first) and may be renewed once.
