Appropriates $600,256,800 from the Education Assistance Fund to the University of Illinois Board of Trustees for fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, including $538,626,500 for personal services, $9,737,100 for Social Security and Medicare, $24,893,200 for group insurance, and $27,000,000 for contractual services.

Appropriates $16,826,500 from the General Revenue Fund for Prairie Research Institute costs and expenses in accordance with Public Act 95-0728.

Appropriates $45,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for University of Illinois Hospital operating costs and expenses.

Appropriates $3,816,200 from the Fire Prevention Fund for maintaining and operating the Illinois Fire Service Institute, including personal services and related costs.

Appropriates additional funds from various sources including $250,000 for scholarships, $200,000 for emergency mosquito abatement, $200,000 for mosquito research, $500,000 for hazardous waste research, and $500,000 for pharmacy practice education programs at the College of Medicine in Rockford.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
