IL HB3320

Amends the Counties Code by adding Section 2-1008 effective upon passage of the bill.

Requires each county board member to be commissioned by the governor before taking office.

Mandates county board members take and subscribe to an oath supporting the U.S. and Illinois constitutions and faithfully discharge their duties.

Requires the oath to be filed in the county clerk's office.
