Amends Section 15-101 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding size, weight, and load limitations for vehicles.

Exempts fire apparatus used for demonstration purposes and not owned or operated by a governmental body from size, weight, and load restrictions.

Maintains existing exemptions for fire apparatus or equipment for snow and ice removal operations owned or operated by governmental bodies, and for farm implements under specified conditions.

Maintains existing exemptions for snow and ice removal equipment no more than 12 feet in width that displays proper flags and illuminated amber lighting visible at 500 feet.
