Exempts food brought to bake sales sponsored by groups, religious organizations, charitable organizations, or nonprofit organizations from Department of Public Health and local health department regulation.

Defines "bake sale" as a fundraising event where volunteers sell food items with no compensation to sellers, not conducted for commercial purposes, and where participants understand the food and facilities have not been inspected.

Prohibits food businesses from sponsoring bake sales and prohibits bake sale food from being prepared in food business kitchens.

Prohibits charging admission fees to bake sales that are exempt from regulation under this act.

Allows non-members of sponsoring organizations to attend bake sales and consume food at the event.
