Amends the Property Tax Code to add Section 10-36 regarding common interest community associations.

Authorizes boards of managers in common interest communities to seek relief from or challenge property tax assessments, special assessments, or charges levied under the Property Tax Code with approval by either a two-thirds vote of board members or majority vote of unit owners at a duly called meeting.

Permits boards to charge and collect all expenses incurred in pursuing tax relief efforts as common expenses that can be assessed to all unit owners.

Applies to common interest community associations as defined in the Common Interest Community Association Act.
