Mandates food safety sanitation managers receive and distribute recall information to staff and check establishment supplies for affected products.

Requires restaurants to display a placard, poster, or menu notification informing customers with food allergies to notify their server, with minimum font size of 3/4 inch and clearly visible placement.

Specifies menu information about food allergies must use font size of at least 12 point in non-condensed type and be easily legible without obstruction.
