Establishes licensure and regulation of naturopathic physicians in Illinois under the Medical Practice Act of 1987, creating professional standards and requirements for practitioners.

Requires naturopathic physicians to graduate from approved naturopathic medical programs accredited by the United States Council on Naturopathic Medical Education and pass the Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Examination (NPLEX).

Adds one naturopathic physician to the Medical Licensing Board and one to the Medical Disciplinary Board to oversee the profession.

Makes conforming amendments across multiple Illinois statutes to recognize naturopathic physicians alongside other licensed healthcare providers in school sick leave policies, insurance coverage, professional discipline, and other regulatory contexts.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
