Amends Section 11-503 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to add intentionally driving a vehicle to force another vehicle from the road as a form of reckless driving.

Defines reckless driving to include three behaviors: driving with willful or wanton disregard for safety, knowingly using road inclines to make a vehicle airborne, or intentionally forcing another vehicle off the road.

Maintains Class A misdemeanor penalty for basic reckless driving violations, with Class 4 felony for violations causing bodily harm to children or school crossing guards.

Establishes Class 4 felony for aggravated reckless driving resulting in great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement, with enhanced Class 3 felony if victim is a child or school crossing guard.
