Amends the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act to allow the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to contract with the Illinois Psychological Association for auditing compliance with continuing education requirements.

The Illinois Psychological Association may approve courses and verify that licensees complete their continuing education requirements under a potential contract arrangement.

Removes the requirement that the Department establish means for verification of continuing education completion, replacing it with the optional contracting authority.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
