IL HB3700

Amends the State Budget Law to require all state agencies to submit their most recent biennial audit conducted by the Auditor General to the appropriations committees of the House and Senate.

Requires agencies to submit any other management, performance, or other audits conducted by the Auditor General within the preceding 2 years to the appropriations committees.

Mandates that appropriations committees consider audit reports released by the Auditor General during the budgeting process.

Maintains existing requirements for the Governor and constitutional officers to set statewide prioritized goals and outcomes as part of the "budgeting for results" process.
