Amends the Local Food, Farms, and Jobs Act by adding Section 35 regarding Public Directories.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to create and maintain 2 public directories in joint development with the Local Food, Farms, and Jobs Council to facilitate purchase of local farm or food products.

Farmers' Public Directory shall contain information for farmers to identify and contact purchasing agents at state agencies, public colleges, and state universities.

Purchasers' Public Directory shall contain information for purchasers to identify and contact qualified farmers and distributors of local farm or food products.

Department of Agriculture must solicit federal and state funding for implementation, with program effectiveness contingent upon securing necessary additional funding and adoption of implementing rules.
