Allows licensed meat processors and meat processing facilities to hold, possess, sell, and process exotic wild animal meat and parts thereof.

Adds exotic wild animals to the definition of wild game that can be legally bought, sold, and processed by licensed dealers under Section 3.24 of the Wildlife Code.

Clarifies that meat processors can engage in buying, selling, and processing exotic wild animals for public consumption when properly licensed by the Department.

Exempts exotic wild animal meat processing from general prohibitions on commercializing wild animals, provided it is done through licensed meat processors under existing regulatory frameworks.
