Amends the Property Fire Loss Act to require insurance companies to release factual information about fire losses to the Fire Marshal, Department of Insurance director, and authorized fire or law enforcement agencies investigating the loss.

Insurance companies must provide policies, premium payment records, claims history, and investigation materials including statements and proof of loss when requested by authorized officials.

Insurance companies must notify the Fire Marshal and appropriate law enforcement if they suspect a fire loss was caused by other than accidental means and must cooperate with investigations and court proceedings.

Insurance companies may request investigation information from law enforcement within 30 days, subject to Freedom of Information Act exemptions for certain sensitive investigative materials.

Violations of information disclosure, notification, or confidentiality requirements constitute a Class C misdemeanor with a fine not to exceed $100.
