Amends Section 11-416 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding fees for traffic accident report copies furnished by the Department of State Police.

Department of State Police shall charge $5 per copy for standard traffic accident reports and $20 per copy for accidents investigated by accident reconstruction officers or teams.

Other state and local law enforcement agencies may charge up to $5 per copy for standard reports and up to $20 per copy for accident reconstruction cases.

Requires the Department of State Police to remit all fees collected within one month of receipt for deposit into the LEADS Maintenance Fund.

Accident reports provided to the Administrator at the requester's written request shall be furnished at no cost or fee.
