Allows motorcycles registered in Illinois to be equipped with standard bulb running lights or LED pods and strips as auxiliary accent lighting for driver protection

Auxiliary lighting must not exceed 25 candlepower intensity from a single lamp or LED and must be directed toward the ground

Prohibited auxiliary lighting characteristics include red or blue light colors, and blinking, flashing, oscillating, or rotating effects

Lighting must not project horizontally and no part of the beam can strike the ground surface more than 10 feet from the motorcycle

Auxiliary lighting cannot be attached to the wheels of the motorcycle
