Requires the Illinois Department of Lottery to offer a special instant scratch-off game titled "The End of Alzheimer's Begins With Me" beginning January 1, 2016 or as soon thereafter as practical.

Directs that net revenue from the Alzheimer's scratch-off game be deposited into the Alzheimer's Awareness Fund, with net revenue defined as total ticket sales minus prizes paid and administrative expenses directly related to the game.

Authorizes the Department to adopt rules necessary to implement and administer the special scratch-off game.

Requires that during the sale of Alzheimer's scratch-off tickets, the Department shall not unreasonably diminish marketing efforts for other instant scratch-off lottery games.

Makes technical amendments to the Illinois Lottery Law to accommodate the new Alzheimer's Awareness Fund as an exception to the general rule that lottery net proceeds go to the Common School Fund.
