• Restricts business entities holding credit insurance limited lines licenses from advertising or representing themselves as licensed insurers, insurance producers, agents, or brokers unless specifically authorized.

• Modifies travel insurance provisions by replacing specific baggage and trip cancellation categories with a broader "travel insurance" definition under Section 500-10.

• Maintains existing perpetual license status for limited lines producers and fee payment requirements to Section 500-135 prior to January 1 of each year.
