IL HB4318

Amends the Department of Agriculture Law to authorize the Department to sell signs at cost designating agribusinesses that have operated for 100 years or more or more than 150 years as the same agribusiness

Defines "agribusiness" as a business or businesses under the same name or ownership collectively associated with production, processing, and distribution of agricultural products

Requires applicants to submit applications and pay the required fee to obtain the designating signs

Expands existing authority for "Centennial Farms" and "Sesquicentennial Farms" signs to also cover qualifying agribusinesses

Prohibits all signs from containing the name, picture, or other likeness of any elected or appointed public official
