Requires athletic associations regulating interscholastic high school athletics to mandate monthly concussion reports from member schools with certified athletic trainers, beginning with the 2016-2017 school year.

Reports must cover student-athletes who sustained concussions during school-sponsored activities overseen by athletic trainers or when the athletic director is aware of a concussion, with all reporting kept anonymous regarding student names.

Athletic associations must compile reported data into an annual report and submit it to the General Assembly, beginning with the 2017-2018 school year.

Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for associations and member schools reporting concussions, except in cases of willful or wanton misconduct.

Allows athletic associations to take disciplinary action against member schools that fail to complete required concussion reporting.
