IL HB4614

Establishes a Supervisor of Consumer Credit, Supervisor of Currency Exchanges, and Supervisor of Title Insurance within the Department of Financial Institutions, each appointed by and responsible to the Director.

Eliminates the positions of Supervisor of Consumer Finance Businesses and Supervisor of Sales Finance Agencies.

Adds title insurance entities to the administrative responsibilities of the relevant supervisors within the Department.

Removes the requirement for currency exchange licensees to file an annual report with the Secretary as part of their licensing renewal process.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
