Requires the Illinois Department of the Lottery to offer a special instant scratch-off game beginning January 1, 2017 (or as soon thereafter as practical) with net revenue dedicated to autism research.

Creates the Autism Research Fund as a special fund in the state treasury to receive net revenue from the autism scratch-off game and other donations for grants to Illinois organizations conducting autism spectrum disorder research and treatment development.

Directs the Department of Public Health to make grants from the Autism Research Fund to organizations researching autism, with grant funds prohibited from covering institutional overhead, indirect costs, or levies.

Defines "net revenue" as total ticket sales minus prizes paid out and actual Department administrative expenses directly related to the autism scratch-off game.

Requires the Department to maintain reasonable marketing efforts for other instant scratch-off games during the time the autism game is being sold.
