Amends the Open Meetings Act to require elected and appointed members of public bodies to complete electronic training on Open Meetings Act compliance within specified timeframes.

Members who fail to complete required training within 30 days of receiving notice from their public body are disqualified from further service as a member.

Training must be completed within one year for existing members and within 90 days of taking office for new members, with certificates of completion filed with the public body.

Provides alternative training options for school board members, drainage district commissioners, soil and water conservation district directors, and park/forest preserve district members through their respective organizations.

Failure of individual members to complete training does not invalidate actions taken by the public body, but creates a mechanism for member removal through disqualification.
