Amends the Right to Privacy in the Workplace Act to prohibit employers and prospective employers from requesting, requiring, or coercing employees or applicants to provide usernames, passwords, or other authentication information for personal online accounts.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to authenticate accounts in their presence, invite employers to join online groups, or join employer-created online accounts that would provide access to personal online information.

Prohibits employers from discharging, disciplining, retaliating against, or refusing to hire employees or applicants who refuse to provide account access or file complaints about violations of these privacy protections.

Allows employers to maintain workplace policies governing use of employer equipment and to obtain publicly available information about employees, provided such information is not obtained by demanding personal account access.

Permits employers to request specific reported content from employees without requiring account credentials, and allows compliance with federal and state laws regarding insurance screening and securities regulations for accounts the employer supplies or that employees maintain for business purposes.
