Amends the Illinois Insurance Code by adding Section 356z.24 to require coverage for pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections (PANDAS) and pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome (PANS).

Applies to group or individual accident and health insurance policies and managed care plans that are amended, delivered, issued, or renewed after the effective date of this act.

Requires insurers to offer optional coverage for treatment of PANDAS and PANS, including intravenous immunoglobulin therapy, subject to an additional premium and the insurer's standard insurability requirements.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
