Amends Section 11-208.3 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to cap the filing fee for judicial review of automated traffic law violations at no more than $20.

Applies to appeals of final determinations issued through municipalities' and counties' administrative adjudication systems for automated traffic law violations, automated speed enforcement system violations, and parking/standing violations.

Maintains existing procedures for administrative hearings, notices, and appeals while establishing this specific fee limitation for court review of automated violation determinations.
